MN Associates, Inc. (MNA) is very pleased to share a 24 min. webinar video of an intensive year-long collaborative work with DC’s Office of State Superintendent of Education (OSSE) and the Collaborative Communications Group (CCG) to externally evaluate the pilot Model Teacher Evaluation System (MTES) for the 2015-16 school year.
During the implementation evaluation exercise, MNA’s Nina de las Alas and Kavita Mittapalli actively engaged a group of school representatives from 7 local education agencies (LEAs) who co-developed, tweaked, and pilot tested various MTES training and classroom observation tools developed by the CCG.
