We are happy to partner with WorkEd Consulting (Mason Bishop) again to evaluate the 4-year DOL-funded TAACCCT Round 4 grant to Southern Regional Technical College (SRTC, Thomasville, GA). The program, Healthcare Careers Work! will affect over 500 participants by: (1) increasing accessibility to healthcare careers by adding a new associate degree program in Health Information Technology and expanding the nursing programs; (2) redesigning the delivery of nursing coursework through technology-enhanced instruction, embedded technology and an enhanced infrastructure; (3) expanding current certificates in healthcare with technology-enhanced pedagogy to be used as stacked and latticed credentials, allowing students entry into the associate degree programs in healthcare ; (4) redesigning the delivery of learning support coursework (developmental); and (5) providing wrap-around support services to students in health careers. MNA will complete the impact and outcome analyses for the program using Genetic Matching and other multi-level statistical procedures.
Thank you WorkEd Consulting for the partnership.
