MNA will conduct two years-long evaluation of the USDE-TRIO program for Cuyahoga Community College (Tri-C), Cleveland, OH. Using digital technology and adult learning theories, MNA will evaluate the online and blended training programs for Tri-C’s program directors over the course of the year. The TRIO Programs are Federal outreach and student services programs designed to identify and provide services for individuals from disadvantaged backgrounds. TRIO includes eight programs targeted to serve and assist low-income individuals, first-generation college students, and individuals with disabilities to progress through the academic pipeline from middle school to post-baccalaureate programs. TRIO also includes a training program for directors and staff of TRIO projects. We will employ online surveys to conduct the evaluation. Excited about the new partnership with Tri-C in the new year.
