Amidst experts I shared,
For a few moments, so grand,
Honored, I felt, to be there, heard
Sharing evaluation’s frontier.
A privilege, a chance bestowed,
To learn and grow, to be bold, speaking truth to the power,
Among these great minds, so wise,
Where knowledge and insights arise.
Gathered together, we united,
In pursuit of what’s just and right,
To foster inclusivity’s embrace,
And drive change with a steady pace.
In this gathering, thoughts and ideas aligned,
Collective wisdom, intertwined,
A symphony of voices, diverse, inclusive,
Seeking truth, data-stories, breaking the silence.
We work with all.
Excitement stirred within us all,
As experiences unrolled,
To contribute, to share, to impart,
A humble role, a cherished part.
I am grateful, humbled to be,
In this space of opportunity,
Eager to engage, to learn, to grow,
In this evaluation’s vibrant flow.
With each interaction, connections made, Perspectives woven, in a cascade,
Together we elevate, we ignite,
The understanding of evaluation’s light.
What gets measured, gets done, we all agreed. Context matters.
So, with open hearts and minds, we delve,
In this DEIA space, we shall excel,
Grateful for this moment, this chance,
To stand among experts, in evaluation’s realm.
We are data rich,
We are context and logic rich in our DEIA efforts.
