MNA is again on the lookout for one summer research and evaluation intern to join our dynamic team between May and September!
At MNA, we deeply value skills, talent, and growth. Past interns (5 to date) have gone on to excel at various prestigious companies/organizations and universities, and while we’re super proud of their achievements, we humbly take no credit for their success. We’re just thrilled to have had them as part of our team!
This opportunity is fully remote and open to US citizens who are US-based.
East Coast-Midwest candidates are ideal for our work requirements and experience.

Requirements:
1. Advanced Master’s or PhD student/candidate in social science or STEM
2. Quantitative skills a must (R/SPSS/ML/STATA)
3. Experience with advanced statistics and coding
4. Proficiency in creating infographics/dashboards
5. Bonus points for qualitative skills + data collection experience such as survey development, interviewing, narrative analyses, and report writing.
6. Ability to work independently while collaborating with the team as needed
7. Excellent time management and communication skills.
