Thrilled to share that MN Associates, Inc. (MNA) has officially been selected as the external evaluator for Benedict College’s Resilient Autonomous Systems (RAS) initiative. The RAS program is supported by a $7.9M grant funded by the Office of Naval Research (ONR) and implemented through Integer Technologies — positioning Benedict College as an emerging leader in cyber resilience, autonomous systems research, modeling and simulation, and AI/ML-enabled defense innovation.
This initiative integrates three pillars:
🔹 K–12 STEM Outreach & Talent Pipeline Development
🔹 Undergraduate & Graduate Workforce Preparation
🔹 Faculty Research & Institutional Capacity Building
As someone who has worked alongside more than 70 HBCUs nationwide to strengthen research capacity and STEM ecosystems, this partnership is especially meaningful. RAS represents more than implementation. It is a strategic institutional transformation effort aligned with national defense priorities and equitable STEM workforce development.
MNA’s evaluation will integrate:
✔ Mixed-methods analysis
✔ Curriculum-to-competency alignment mapping
✔ Industry–institution partnership analytics
✔ Workforce pipeline modeling
✔ Real-time dashboards to support decision-making and sustainability
We are honored to partner with Benedict College and Integer Technologies on this forward-looking initiative funded by ONR.
Grateful for the trust — and ready to get to work.
